Take the next step in your swimming journey with the San Diego State University College Prospect Clinic & Recruiting Seminar. Designed for motivated high school swimmers, this one-day experience provides an inside look at what a practice looks like at the NCAA Division I level while giving athletes and their families valuable insight into the college recruiting process.
Participants will train alongside SDSU Associate Head Coach Joe Spahn in a college-style practice that emphasizes technique, race preparation, training philosophy, and the daily expectations of a Division I swimmer.
Athletes will also experience a strength and conditioning session led by an SDSU Strength & Conditioning Coach, providing a glimpse into the dryland training that supports elite collegiate performance.
The afternoon Recruiting Seminar is designed for both swimmers and parents and includes an open Q&A with Coach Spahn and current SDSU student-athletes. Topics will include:
